6 EASY STEPS. YOUR PERFECT FIT.
1. HEAT IT
Place the shin guard in hot water at approximately 158°F for 30 seconds.
2. MOLD IT
Remove from the water and allow it to cool slightly. Press it firmly against your shin and hold it in place for approximately 5 minutes.
3. COOL & SET
Allow the guard to cool completely so it locks into your custom shape.
4. REMOVE
Remove the guard and trim the EVA edges if needed.
5. SHAPE IT
Round the corners as needed for additional comfort and a clean fit.
6. PLAY ON
Your custom-fit DOMINATE Shin Guards are ready for the field.
